Who we are...

Dignity Alliance was created as a not for profit, 501c3 organization through a genuine desire to improve the lives of those that protect, serve, and respond when others need help.

With a combined 30 years of working with the offender population, we know exactly what it’s like to absorb workplace trauma and how important it is to separate from it.  We work closely with Veterans Court, Law Enforcement, Federal Probation, Department of Corrections, County Probation Departments, and several City Courts.  Compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, burn out, and recurring thoughts of previous calls or cases are all too common in First Responders, Emergency Department personnel, and military personnel.  Every day we see how the effects of unaddressed trauma leads to substance abuse, domestic violence, anger, self-harm, sabotaged family relationships, isolation, and hopelessness.

After witnessing firsthand the effects of workplace trauma both professionally and personally, we can’t help but make it our mission to support and provide genuine care for those that have served and are serving, as well as First Responders and their associated family members.   Our passion to improve lives by minimizing the effects of trauma is personal and evident through our efforts.
